Happy Akiba!

The day before Halloween Cheris, Zach, the Matts, Alex and myself decided to go to Akihabara and go to a maid cafe! Just to try it you know...

It was... quite different... It is not something I would do every single day that is for sure. But I am glad I went there and it was really funny with the company I went with. And the 'Kuma-tan' chocolate parfait I got was SOOOO good. Even though it was a little pricey, oh well, I got a special moe spell cast on it lol.

MacD had a "every size for 150 Yen". Oh dear lord. (And no, they are not ALL mine. Only one of them. And I ate half of Matt's too. But still, I only paid for one)

Halloween time! A while ago I got a "Love Ward" Rin Kagamine cosplay from Bodyline and I wanted to wear it for Halloween so badly! And my hair was just poo that day, IDK why.

Me and le lovely maido Cheris!

The other maid, even more sexual, Zach. We WERE supposed to go to another dorm which hosted a party, but in the end we gave up. There had sadly been a double person accident and it took a long time to get everything back on track, so we just went back to Tamadaira and had a little party there.

Tomo-sempai gave us some sushi pizza from his hometown, it was SOOOO good! Nomz~

Next up will be pictures form the school festival! And then I am pretty much up to speed with everything.

Please remember to check out my Youtube channel where I also upload videos of what I do over here and stuff!

Pre-Halloween week.

Long time no see! I have been so busy with actually being social I had no time to upload, but I promise there will be more soon! (Actually just finished editing pictures from our trip to Akihabara!)
This will mostly be just a showoff of some pictures, because I forgot the most of what I did the corresponding days, but in that week, not that much happened anyways XD;

Casual everyday look. But I decided to take this picture because this day SO many people asked if I had cut my hair... That was at least a month ago now lol.

I got these really cute bats for my window around Halloween. They were just so cute I could not resist! And they do brighten up my boring room quite a lot in the morning when I open my drapes.

Tried out an hairstyle I saw in Blenda, I quite like it~

And casual uni outfit, I just wanted to be Halloweenish now that it was so close.

This is a present I got from my Japanese teacher, she is so sweet! But the candy it self was not that good :C so hopefully the other exchange students have eaten most of it by now so I can use the container as decoration/storage in my room.

Even the cafeteria staff had dressed up around Halloweeen, so cute.

And more food. The first time I tried their Karaage (Japanese styled fried chicken). It was pretty good :D

Hanging in the International Center will lead you to meet these handsome guys, if you are really lucky!

And ending with a snap shot of my so exciting life... Making flash cards.

Birthday(s), ice cream, cake, food?

Long time no normal blogging! So much stuff happened I needed to take my time and think about how to write properly about it.

For my birthday, we went out to a place near Toyoda station and got Yakitori (fried chicken in all sorts) on my request. It was all so good, and every dish was like 300 yen.

After dinner we stopped by the local supermarket Seiyu and got some ice cream! Zack also got some ice cream hearts and stars, they were chou cute!

Cheris and John documenting his personal blend of green tea ice and something else. //More about Cheris later btw!

Beautiful people and ice cream excitement.
Later that night, actually when I was about to go to bed, somebody turned off ALL the lights, and I was so confused, until they carried in a cake and began to sing Happy Birthday for me! I was so touched by it. I really thought I would celebrate my 21st birthday without any cake and candles, but people at the dorm actually got me a cake, I am still so touched!

Le nomz cake. The really orange one is pumpkin flavor. They were both chou oishii!

Outfit time! Going to Harajuku with Cheris and shopping for my birthday money! (You can see all my gets so far here)

After a LONG day of shopping (and for poor Cheris also school), we went to a local fast food place called Sukiya. They sell Japanese style fast food, and it is SO good.
And speaking of Cheris, she got a blog that she updates quite a lot about life in Japan! You should all go check it out HERE!! Go go go! And get a feel of the BS Japanese we make up...

Outfit for shopping in Ginza. Pretty fun, but ended up splitting from them and going to Harajuku. So much more my place xD

In October Matt G. also had his birthday! So one our senpais made a chocolate cake for him, in a very... interesting shape. But it was really good though!

Speaking of cakes! The amazing Cheris made Apple Crumble, and it was the first time I tried that! It was soooo good. I am so making her make more, even though apples are so expensive over here. But still they are sooooo good too... Darn. Food feelz.

Speaking of food!
I am ending this entry with just a collection of my lunch the past days. Commence food p0rn.

Everybody take care of yourself! (maybe I should make a signature too? I have just rediscovered the joy of photoshop)

First week in Japan!

I have just finished my first week in Japan! It kinda feels like more time have gone by... Maybe because I did so much?

The second day I arrived I went to Tama center, and I made a little video about it that you can see here!

Le noms I had at Tama center. Finally I can have Iced chocolate again! oh joy.

The day after I had to go to orientation, perfect moment to look nice!

And lunch at Chuo, Soy Ramen! This is my favorite flavor of Ramen, and it is just the basic of flavors... but it is SO good.

In the night me and a bunch of other exchange students went to Tachikawa station to hang out. That was pretty funny and the city is quite surreal seeing as most places have a two level pavement!

Dinner at an Izakaya.

The day after we had a test to place us after our Japanese skills. Tomorrow I get the result and I am really nervous about that :C Oh well, it went as it went I guess.
So after the test we went back to Tachigawa again to do some more partying.

We ended up splitting into two groups because we were so many. So some of us went to a karaoke bar for an hours worth of all you can drink. It was a really fun time, and I hope to do it again soon! (lolitwasmyfirsttimegoingtoakaraokebar)

This weekend was a long one, because monday (today) is respect for the aged day. Saturday I decided to go to Shinjuku by my self and look for some more shorts, because I have brought waaaaay too warm cloths with me :C
I found some from ANAP in Studio Alta, and I will go back there for sure, because the staff was just so nice and they had quite an interesting mix of stores there.

And lastly, I have so many Tiger and Bunny fangirl feels right now, my kokoro, my poor poor kokoro.

But this is it for the first week in Japan, friday next week we will start with classes for realz, I am a little nervous... But it is gonna be so much fun though!
